Founding / pre-order units ship on an estimated window we confirm in writing before any charge (or before fulfillment if you have already paid). Component lead times can move the window; we will email updates. A reservation is not a guaranteed calendar date.
The configuration as quoted: the reference box or the bring-your-own software setup, the included starter drives as selected, and the Care plan as selected. Care billing may be set up separately if it is not collected at checkout.
Until card checkout is live, reservations do not charge your card. When checkout is live, payment is due at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing. Promotional founding pricing is limited and may end without notice.
You can cancel a reservation any time before you approve a written quote — no charge. After payment: request cancellation before ship for a full refund of hardware paid to us, minus any non-recoverable custom-order parts we have already purchased for your build (we will disclose those before buying them). After ship: returns only for dead-on-arrival or defect within 14 days of delivery, with an RMA required; opened software licenses and completed remote-setup labor are non-refundable. Care fees: prepaid unused months are refundable on cancellation; month-to-month Care cancels at the end of the period.
Output is supervised junior-associate work product. It is not a citator and not Relativity, and it is not legal advice. A lawyer remains responsible for the work under applicable professional-conduct rules, including ABA Formal Opinion 512. Mirroring is not a backup.
